The saying goes: "If you can't adopt, foster. If you can't foster, sponsor."
Here is your chance to support RICA's efforts in keeping fostered iguanas happy and healthy until we can find a permanent, loving home for them.
We have several levels to choose from. Use the PayPal button on the Home page and write a note that you are sponsoring. You can even choose which iguana you want to sponsor.
As a sponsor, you get your name on our "Who's Sponsoring" page and photos of the iguana being sponsored and a bio, if available. You will also get regular, exclusive updates.
Vet visits include an exam, bloodwork (CBC and a complete blood panel) and a fecal test for parasites. Here are the sponsorship levels available:
Emerald:
$560 a year. This level is reserved for a special needs iguana. It includes two vet visits a year and whatever medicine is needed.
Jade:
$260 a year for an annual wellness exam. See definition of vet visit above.
Turquoise:
$180 for a six month supply of food. Remember, we only use fresh greens and veggies for food!
Peridot:
$90 for a three month supply of food.
Amazonite:
$30 for a one month supply of food.
